Sequoia Choice Program

In Arizona, Braintree Academy partners with an accredited public school, Sequoia Choice, to offer a personalized, tuition-free, distance education program for grades K-8. 


Students registered in this program are considered full-time, virtual public school students enrolled in Sequoia Choice through the Sequoia Choice-Arizona Distance Learning in Mesa, AZ - SCAZDL (see district website ).


Enrollment is completed in 2 steps:

  1. Fill out this registration form.

  2. Complete Sequoia Choice's Enrollment packet online.


Enrollment is NOT final until all required paperwork has been submitted, and then received and approved by Sequoia Choice.
