The University of Idaho's Experimental Forest is hosting their first-ever Forestry Days! This one-day event gives students hands-on experience in forestry, logging, milling, and outdoor careers that keep Idaho's economy strong. Although we will not be attending as a Braintree Academy IHLA group, we wanted to share this amazing opportunity with our families. This event is geared towards school-ages.

You will register and sign a waiver directly with U of I: https://uiexperimentalforest.org/forestry-days/ REGISTRATION & WAIVER for participants are DUE OCTOBER 1st. Any person involved will need to be registered and the waiver filled out for them by a parent/guardian.

The order of station is still shuffling around a little and U of I will send the final version and a map of the site out on Wednesday, October 1.

A Message from U of I Lunch will be cheeseburgers on the grill provided by the Experimental Forest, so students should bring something else if they want different food.

We've been asked to tell families to be sure to be there before 10:00am. 9:45 Orientation starts. If you arrive after, there may not be a way to join the groups.
