Explore & Grow: Roller & Ice Skating

ENRICHING EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIP RESOURCE

Colorful illustrated close-up of a DNA double helix against a bold, abstract background. Large white text reads “Monster Genetics.” At the bottom, text says “Explore & Grow Field Trips with Braintree – Enriching Educational Resource.”

Explore & Grow: Roller & Ice Skating Glide into STEM and the arts! This print-and-go page turns skating into a mini study of balance, motion, and friction—paired with curated video picks and extensions. Students watch short clips, notice how skaters use force and edges to turn and stop, sketch what they see, and reflect in quick, age-friendly prompts. Organized by grade bands (Little Explorers, Pathfinders, Navigators), it’s perfect for a rink visit, P.E. tie-in, or a classroom video day using Braintree-provided resources.
