Explore & Grow: Water Parks

ENRICHING EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIP RESOURCE

Illustrated scene of children playing at a colorful water park with large red, yellow, and blue slides leading into a pool. Water splashes as children slide and swim. Large white text reads “Water Parks.” At the bottom, text says “Explore & Grow Field Trips with Braintree – Enriching Educational Resource.”

Explore & Grow: Water Parks Make a splash with creativity! This print-and-go page invites students to imagine, sketch, and label their own dream water park—thinking through rides, paths, safety zones, and guest flow while practicing visual planning and descriptive writing. Use it as a quick design challenge, a kickoff to STEM discussions (structures, water flow), or a fun art-and-writing combo for any grade band.

What’s inside (highlights)

  • Design & draw a custom water park map

  • Label features (slides, lazy river, splash pads, lifeguard stations)

  • Optional writing prompts: name your park, describe a signature ride, explain your layout choices

  • Easy to differentiate for K–8 with added constraints (budget, space, safety rules)

How to use Preview a few water-park features and safety terms, then have students sketch and label their dream park. Wrap up with a short write-up explaining two design choices (fun + safety). Print only the page(s) you need by grade level.
