Younger students will enjoy an engaging fire safety presentation designed just for them, while older students (in 5th grade and above) can participate in a special behind-the-scenes tour of the station. It’s a perfect blend of education, discovery, and real-world experience!
Don’t miss this chance to learn from our local heroes and see what it takes to keep our community safe!

Explore & Grow: Fire Station | Braintree Academy Explore & Grow: Fire Station Turn your fire-station visit into a safety-smart, STEM-rich adventure! This print-and-go packet helps students spot and label firefighter tools, practice emergency know-how (911 and smoke alarms), sketch what they see, and think like problem-solvers. From color-and-draw pages and pattern sequencing to the fire triangle (heat–fuel–oxygen), kids reflect on real-world challenges, invent a new firefighting tool, and consider strategies for wildland fires. Perfect before, during, or after your field trip—and great in the classroom, too.
