IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE SIGNING UP

• This sign up is for VIRTUAL WRITING Testing ONLY.

• This is for 5th Grade and 8th Grade Students only.

• Only sign up ONE student per time slot/per subject

  
  

SIGN-UP SCENARIO

(See the graphic to the right for a visual example.)

In this example, you have two students — a 3rd grader and a 5th grader — and two computers that meet the testing technology requirements.

Step 1: Sign up your 3rd grade student.

You register your 3rd grader for:

• Math – Morning Session on April 15

• ELA – Afternoon Session on April 15

Your 3rd grade student is now fully signed up, since 3rd graders only need two testing sessions.

Step 2: Sign up your 5th grade student.

You register your 5th grader for:

• Math – Morning Session on April 15

• ELA – Afternoon Session on April 15

Later, you complete the remaining sessions by signing them up for:

• Writing – Morning Session on April 23

• Science – Afternoon Session on April 23

Your 5th grade student is now fully signed up, since 5th graders need four testing sessions.

Very Important!   Prep your students for testing and reduce testing anxiety! Please click the link and ensure your student has taken the OSTP practice test for all subjects. This helps facilitate your student’s confidence and comfort with the test platform, tools, and layout.

Virtual Testing in Oklahoma is offered:

• 15-29 | April 2026

• 9am-11am and 12pm-2pm sessions

  
  

Ensure to sign your student up for all sessions required:

• 3rd, 4th, 6th & 7th Grades: Sign up for 2 Virtual Testing Slots - ELA and Math

• 5th & 8th: Sign up for 4 Virtual Testing Slots - ELA, Math, Writing & Science

Please Note:  OSTP State Testing is a state requirement and a mandatory component of the Braintree Education Systems program.
