Description
Upon arrival at Martin Park, follow the brown gravel trail past a large metal leaf, across a small bridge over the pond, and take a left to reach the Visitor Center Building. We will have three groups taking turns having a nature walk, animal meet and greet and group activity. All in attendance are required to wear closed-toed shoes, bring a water bottle, sunscreen and insect repellent. Chaco’s, Crocs, flip-flops, etc. are not appropriate footwear for Martin Park. Be sure to bring along your lunch to join us for a group lunch at the end.
Who: All Braintree Academy/NPS students and their immediate family
Where: Martin Park Nature Center, 5000 W Memorial Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73142
When: Friday, March 28, 2025 at 10 am- 12 pm (please arrive by 9:50 am)
Cost: This event is free to all Braintree Academy Students and one parent. There is a $4.25/per person fee for each additional family member (this includes babies and toddlers). You can pay via Venmo (@BraintreeEd) with a note for OKC - Martin Park
