Anchor Kindergarten ELA

Class Fees are $10 or 100 points per semester.

Our Kindergarten Language Arts Anchor Course provides all of the materials you need in order to learn and grow in your reading and writing skills! There are Teacher Guides, Read-Aloud Stories, and Student Readers that you can either print or view from your device, and worksheets for students to complete by hand. We even have flashcards that you can print out to incorporate into your lessons! Join us as we dive into fun topics such as Seasons and Weather, Presidents and American Symbols, and Farms, all while learning phonics, reading comprehension, and writing skills!

Anchor classes are asynchronous, teacher-led classes. Students do NOT have a live meeting. Daily work is provided and the anchor teacher grades the final weekly assignment. Teachers provide biweekly videos and add instructional supports to each day's lesson. For more information about the curriculum and assignments, please see the information on the Braintree website.

Anchor classes are available year-round. Students who request mid-semester will have their anchor class added to the LMS on Mondays.
