Students' mapmaking and map-reading skills will be enhanced with opportunities to analyze and create maps, as well as learn about scale, cardinal directions, and how to use a legend. Wants & needs, income, and natural resources will be explored. This class is all about collaboration and learning from each other. Fun and creative activities will be available for student assessments.
Cost: $100 per year (charged $50 per semester) - or 10000 points (charged 5000 points per semester) - which comes from the student's supplemental learning fund credit. Live class enrollments are for the FULL year, even though you are charged by semester.
