5th-grade math students will begin to develop a deeper understanding of decimals, fractions, and place value. They will practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with fractions and decimals, using both visual models and traditional algorithms. Students will also learn to identify patterns in a table, plot points on a coordinate plane, classify two-dimensional shapes, and convert measurements. Our virtual class offers a positive, encouraging atmosphere where participation is encouraged, and math is made fun!
Cost: $100 per year (charged $50 per semester) - or 10000 points (charged 5000 points per semester) - which comes from the student's supplemental learning fund credit. Live class enrollments are for the FULL year, even though you are charged by semester.
