Class Details:
This course uses IXL curriculum resources and approved novels to help students grow into proficient, enthusiastic readers and writers. Students will expand their vocabulary through context clues and a study of homonyms, identify elements of a plot, perform character analysis, and recognize the author’s purpose. They will also compare and contrast stories, develop narrative writing skills, and conduct research to share their findings.
Cost: $200 per year (charged $100 per semester) - or 20000 points (charged 10000 points per semester) - which comes from the student's supplemental learning fund credit. Live class enrollments are for the FULL year, even though you are charged by semester.
