Details
We’re excited to share the 2026 Arbor Day Student Photo Contest, sponsored by the Idaho Forest Products Commission.
Students in grades 5–12 living in Idaho are invited to submit original photos inspired by this year’s theme:
"Seasons of Change: The Dynamics of Idaho’s Forests"
Your next walk, hike, or park visit might be the perfect opportunity to capture a winning photo!
Participants are encouraged to capture how Idaho’s forests or urban trees change throughout the seasons. Winning students receive cash prizes, are recognized at the Idaho Arbor Day ceremony and tree planting, and have their photos shared online and at Arbor Day events.
