What: 🚂 All aboard for a hands-on history adventure!
Braintree Academy students are headed to the National New York Central Railroad Museum in Elkhart to explore real trains, historic rail cars, and interactive exhibits that bring railroad history to life.
During this engaging field trip, students will learn how railroads helped shape our communities, step inside historic train cars, and discover how trains work to move people and goods across the country. Families will have time to explore the museum together, ask questions, and enjoy learning in a relaxed, real-world setting.
It’s an exciting and educational experience designed for a wide range of ages, with plenty to see, touch, and explore. We can’t wait to roll into this adventure together! 🚆
Who: All Braintree Academy CDLA students, as well as parents and siblings under 5.
Cost: Free for all Braintree Academy CDLA students and one parent.
The fee for additional parents and younger siblings is $5.50. All guest payments must be made by March 19th.
We have a no-refunds policy for guest fees. If a medical emergency affects your guest’s attendance, please reach out, and we will do our best to apply the fee toward a future event.
** If this event is not full 5-7 days before the event, the Event Coordinator may open the event up to additional guests. You can reach out to the Event Coordinator via email to include guests at that time.
