ABOUT THE EVENT 

What: Get ready to step inside the heart of Oklahoma’s government — where big decisions are made, history comes alive, and the architecture is seriously impressive. From towering marble columns to hidden stories tucked into every hallway, the Capitol is full of surprises. This isn’t just a tour… it’s your chance to experience Oklahoma’s Capitol up close.We’ll meet at The Guardian, a large bronze sculpture just inside the security checkpoint.

When you arrive at the Capitol, you may park in either lot labeled “Visitor Parking” on the attached map. Enter through the Visitor Entrance.

Please be advised that the Tunnel Entrance requires stairs and is, therefore, not an accessible entrance for visitors with physical disabilities. If there are participants that require accommodations, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide them.

Who: Oklahoma Braintree 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students.
