Calling all young authors! Starting Monday, November 3rd, we’re launching Writing Warriors: A Personal Narrative Writing Initiative!

Over two weeks, students will complete daily writing prompts that help build their own personal narratives. It is designed to help students grow their writing skills step by step, building confidence and creativity through daily storytelling challenges! By the end, they’ll have a fully written story—and the chance to be featured in our Braintree Writing Warriors Digital Storybook!

How It Works:

November 3 - November 14 → Follow the daily writing challenge posted on social media & our website. Links will be provided for you.

Write your story! Each prompt helps you build toward a meaningful personal narrative.

Earn Recognition! Submit your final paper, along with an illustration to go with your personal narrative, by Friday, Novemeber 28 to receive a completion certificate and be included in our Digital Storybook (optional). All students who participate will also receive a Certificate of Completion by Knight Bluie Bird!

Writing Challenge Details:

K-4th Grade: Short, fun prompts to spark creativity—just focus on telling your story!

5th-8th Grade: Deeper, more detailed prompts to add emotions, reflection, and vivid storytelling.

 Bonus: This may count as a Writing Learning Goal submission—so double the achievement!
