Vanessa Hobbs is the Founder and CEO of getseriousaboutscience.com. She holds Masters degrees in both Biology and Chemistry. She is an instructor at John's Hopkins University and a homeschooling mama to boot! She has experience teaching middle school through graduate level science courses. Vanessa will be doing a broad talk on STEM careers and which courses can set students on a trajectory to those careers. We plan to coordinate more STEM related events with her in the future as well!
