What: Get ready for a tail-wagging adventure at the animal shelter, where you’ll meet and play with friendly cats, dogs, and other adorable animals! Learn what it takes to be a responsible pet owner and how to care for animals big and small. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at the important work animal shelter officers do every day to protect and help animals in need!

Who: All Braintree Academy WC7 students and their immediate families.

Cost: Free for all Braintree Academy WC7 students and one parent.

Additional younger sibling fee is $2.25. All guest payments must be made by October 3, 2025.

We have a no-refunds policy for guest fees. If a medical emergency affects your guest’s attendance, please reach out, and we will do our best to apply the fee toward a future event.

** If this event is not full 5-7 days before the event, the Event Coordinator may open the event up to additional guests. You can reach out to the Event Coordinator via email to include guests at that time.

Please print the attached activity pages and bring them to the event! Printing in color is not required; you can print on both sides of the page. Some pages are geared toward younger children, and some are geared toward older children. Parents can always help children alter the activities so they can be completed by all ages. Please review the options, print, and bring the activity sheets your children/child will be using.
