Come explore the Boise WaterShed with us for a fun, interactive field trip packed with hands on environmental learning. Students will rotate through engaging stations designed to help them better understand watersheds, ecosystems, and human impact on the environment.
💧 Students will experience activities such as:
• Watershed models
• Stream table exploration
• Art and craft station
• Edible greenhouse gases activity
• Live macroinvertebrates in observation tubs
This program is designed for 1st through 6th grade students and their families. Due to capacity limits, families will be divided into two time slots. Please register for one group only.
Please have students dress appropriately for outdoor activities. Portions of this program may take place outside, and students may get slightly wet during stream table exploration.
Who: All Braintree Academy IHLA students, as well as parents and siblings under 5.
