Group Rate Events are different from our regular offerings, as we facilitate the discount for you. We do not cover the cost of admission for any attendees; all fees are the family’s responsibility. However, by participating as a group, you receive a steeply discounted price at the gate! The cost of the ticket only includes admission for this event.
Lowe Family Farmstead Information
When: September 19, 2025
Check-In: Parking lot gates open at 9:00am and check-in is available starting at 9:30am. Entrance to the farm will begin at 10:00am.
Cost: $12 for ages 4+. Ages 0-3 are free.
How: To get this discounted price please tell the Farmstead staff you are with there for the Virtual Learning Day when you check in with them.
Payment: Pay the day of at the Lowe Family Farmstead check-in with staff.
Please note: The farm is open to the public during this day; all attractions are open and some may have an additional charge. Same day re-entry to the farm is permitted only until 4:00pm.
Food/Drink: LFF has picnic tables and several menu options available while you’re visiting. A place to refill water bottles is NOT available. It is recommended that visitors come prepared with money to purchase drinks or bring their own. Visitors are welcome to bring their own food or drink (excluding alcohol). We do not allow crock pots, water pots, grills, or on-site cooking..
Duration: On average, groups spend 2-3 hours at Lowe Family Farmstead. During this time, be sure to take a hayride, navigate The MAiZE or Mini Maze, visit farm animals, and participate in our other farmyard activities.
Resource: Explore & Grow: Bears | Braintree Academy Roam into learning with this K–8, print-and-go Bear World packet—observe, compare, sketch, and write your way through bears, food chains, and conservation.
