What: Come visit Evansville Countryside Orchard with your fellow Braintree students! The field trip will be an experiential tour of the orchard with information stops with activities/clues to lead groups to the next info station. There will be a group debrief and discussion of agriculture, growing seasons, and orchard basics. Also, each child will get to pick a piece of fruit (type is dependent upon what is ripe during the visit).

Remember, this is an OUTDOOR experience. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Closed-toe shoes (not sandals) are recommended for walking through the orchard. The bathroom facility is a portable toilet, and we suggest students bring a bottle of drinking water.

Who:  All Braintree Academy CDLA students, as well as parents and siblings.

*Cost:  Free for all Braintree Academy CDLA students and their parents. The fee for siblings (three and up) fee is $9. All guest payments must be paid by September 7th.
